Review at a glance
De Hems is an old Soho favourite and it's also a pub with great historical significance: it was once a hangout for Dutch sailors in the 19th century and later became a gathering place for the Dutch resistance during World War II.
These days the Macclesfield Street pub specialises in providing a wide range of esoteric European beers for an in-the-know clientele. Located right next to Chinatown and Leicester Square, it’s a great spot to escape the crowds and unwind.
