A long-time feature in Chelsea, there are now Big Easy restaurants (bigger and better ones, in fact) in Covent Garden and Canary Wharf, too. A fire pit and multiple two-tonne smokers are part of their cooking inventory, used to create dishes including meat platters varyingly inspired by Memphis, Carolina and Kansas.
