This Morning viewers have slated a Whitney Houston impersonator after she appeared to ‘throw shade’ at host Ruth Langsford.
Belinda Davids was wearing a sparkly dress during her interview on Monday's show, causing Eamonn Holmes to joke that she should give Langsford ‘her dress back’.
To which Davids quipped: “I don’t think it would fit.”
The comment didn’t escape fans of the show who shared their surprise on social media.
One shocked viewer tweeted: “I DON’T THINK IT WILL FIT?! #ThisMorning I can’t believe that impersonator said that to Ruth!”
Another wrote: Oh now that was just rude! @EamonnHolmes made a wee joke about giving Ruth her dress back and that Whitney impersonator said it wouldn’t fit! No need for that is there? I actually think it would look better on Ruth! #ThisMorning.”
"Did she actually just say “I don’t think it would fit”. Cheeky Whitney wannabe,” posted a third.

Davids divided those watching with her live performance on the show, with some complimenting her singing skills and others saying she didn’t compare to the I Will Always Love You singer.
“The Whitney tribute singer is fantastic, she has the moves and mannerisms,” said one.
Another commented: “I can also mime to a Whitney Houston song #thismorning.”
This Morning continues weekdays at 10.30am on ITV.
