Holly Willoughby was left retching after watching the I’m A Celebrity campers take on a stomach-churning Bushtucker Trial.
Willoughby was left doubled over behind co-host Declan Donnelly as Malique Thompson-Dwyer chowed down on blended vomit fruit for the Dreaded Deliveries challenge.
The Hollyoaks star, 20, grimaced and gagged on the smelly meal – but it was Willoughby who struggled.
The TV star, who is standing in for Ant McPartlin, couldn’t watch as she came close to being sick in the bushes.

“I’ve got a proper sweat on,” she said before struggling to breathe on getting a whiff of a pig snout.
Willoughby warned fans she would struggle after she tweeted out a teaser ahead of the episode. She wrote: “It was always going to happen... nothing could have prepared me for the eating trial...”
Donnelly also struggled as Thompson-Dwyer munched through a pig’s anus, causing him to burp in Willoughby’s face.
Fans were in hysterics over their reactions with one tweeting: “I’ve watched dec burp next holly like 5 times proper belly laughing, I don’t know why it find it so funny his face man I’m crying.”
Another tweeted: “DID DEC ACTUALLY JUST BURP IN HOLLY WILLOUGHBY’S FACE I AM DEAD #imaceleb.”
Khan and Thompson-Dwyer successfully bagged 11 stars for camp.

Khan said: “I couldn’t have done it if Malique wasn’t there, I needed that motivation.
“We’ll have such a good day today, everyone will be so happy.”
Thompson-Dwyer added: “That was absolutely disgusting, I’ve still got bits in my mouth, nasty.”
