Klein came from Tulsa, while drummer Jake Goss and keyboardist Les Priest arrived in LA from Nashville, formed the band and started gigging.

What could be more attuned to the trends of the internet than their early EP Acronyms, featuring songs such as OMG and ILYSB? The latter, which stands for I Love You So Bad, is a pretty declaration of affection that has gone on to earn 12 million plays on Spotify.

Gigs supporting YouTuber turned pop star Troye Sivan and pop star turned superstar Ellie Goulding have begun to swell their fanbase to the extent that they won’t feel alone for much longer.
