When will Marks & Spencer food be available to order on Ocado and how much is delivery?

For those that enjoy Marks & Spencer food but can't be bothered to visit the shop, fear not.

The retailer has teamed up with Ocado so that shoppers can have the food delivered straight to the door.

The offering has been in the pipeline for over a year when M&S purchased 50% of Ocado’s UK retail arm for £750 million in February 2019.

Deliveries don't start until September 1, but shoppers can put items in their basket.

Customers will have access to 6,000 M&S products. There's bread etc and other food to eat, while a quick glance shows the steak and salmon appear to be better priced than in store.

M&S Food managing director Stuart Machin said: "The team has worked really hard to make this happen and from today, customers can view the existing range of M&S products on the Ocado website as well as hundreds of new ones.

"Our customers can be confident that they will enjoy even better choice and even better value, whether they are shopping in-store or online."
