Earlier this week Dunelm reopened the doors of 151 shops, while DFS and Furniture Village have also opened a handful of stores.
Furniture Village has introduced protective measures to ensure safety at its stores during the Covid-19 crisis.
Every shopper and staff member will have their temperature checked before entering the shop and all shoppers will be asked the sanitise their hands before coming in.
The retailer will also provide disposable pens for shoppers to sign paperwork for shoppers and equip staff with protective face shields and perspex screens for the tills.
