Frontier Developments reveals new video game launches set to help boost sales

Frontier Developments has said full-year sales are set to reach the top half of forecasts, as it revealed a number of new video games it will release.

The AIM-listed developer and publisher of video games, which is headquartered in Cambridge and has over 400 employees, said after a “strong close” to the year ended May, sales across all its games in the current financial year to date have been in line with expectations.

Taking into account the performance, projections, and anticipated sales of future products, Frontier Developments said it is in on track to deliver revenue within the top half of the current range of analyst forecasts of £83 million to £95 million for the 12 months to May 2021.

The update came after the firm last night announced three new releases at the Gamescom: Opening Night Live trade show event.

It said 'Jurassic World Evolution: Complete Edition' will come to Nintendo Switch in November. It added that Frontier Foundry, the firm’s new games label for third-party publishing, has two new games: 'Lemnis Gate' and 'Struggling'.
