'Going down the Roman' still involves the same assortment of bargains - from food, clothes and books to antiques, crafts and beauty products - at the 50-plus stalls, but extra entertainment is provided by jugglers, stilt walkers and face painters, and they've relaxed parking restrictions in nearby side streets.
