A London bus crashed into a west London townhouse on Thursday evening.
Emergency services were called to the home on St Quintin Avenue in Notting Hill at around 7.15pm, after the vehicle ploughed into the front of the house.
Images of the crash show the route 70 bus mounted onto the kerb, with a sash window dislodged from its frame and damage to some stairs.
Two cars were also damaged in the collision.
Transport for London (TfL) said that one person suffered a “minor injury”, but no one on the scene required treatment.
TfL said it was working with the operator, First Bus, to investigate the incident, with the cause of the crash currently unknown.
The Met Police attended the scene, but have said that no arrests have been made, and no criminal offences have been identified.
LFB confirmed that two fire engines from North Kensington and Hammersmith fire stations and two fire rescue units from Chelsea and Croydon fire stations also attended.
The surrounding road was cordoned off and emergency services remained at the scene this morning, with the surrounding bus routes diverted.
Johnny Thalassites from Kensington and Chelsea Council said council officers were on site alongside dangerous structure engineers to assess the damage.
He said: “We are aware of the incident and have officers on site, including dangerous structure engineers to assess the damage.
“We'd expect an investigation to be underway to establish the cause, but we’re just glad nobody appears to be seriously hurt.”
