If, like many, you’ve exclaimed that literally you could kiss your cup of coffee in the morning, you’re in luck - because there’s now a lid for that.
Korean artist Jan WooSeok has designed a face shaped lid that sits snugly onto a coffee cup, that allows users to get intimate with their favourite breakfast tipple.
The custom lid, complete with a lifelike nose and mouth, gives the illusion that you're drinking piping-hot coffee through the lips of another person.
While the peculiar designs are still at the prototype stage, the artist has stated that they will become commercially available as part of a venture with a B2B coffee business.
And with pumpkin spice latte season just around the corner, emotions are bound to be running high in the coffee world, meaning we can all get that little bit extra close and personal to the cult cold weather drink.
Speaking about the design on her website, WooSeok said the cup was designed to have 'the lineaments of that of a Greek statue as well as a friendly face'.
