Following the news of London pop-ups themed around school dinners and blobfish, an immersive supperclub will transport diners to the surreal world of David Lynch’s Twin Peaks next month.

And, yes – the menu will include a damn fine cup of coffee and a slice of cherry pie.

The evenings, called The Owls Are Not What They Seem, will include a three-course meal laced with interactive elements and will end in a late-night drinking den where there’ll be more interactive theatre as well as secret missions.

It will run in a secret location in central London from August 27 to October 17. Tickets go on sale on July 17 and are likely to sell fast, so register your interest online for the best chance of getting your mits on some.

Dinner tickets will cost £65 a pop, while tickets to just the bar area will be £5.

Just how good it will be, of course, remains to be seen.
