The civility extends to the Nissan’s driving experience. Upon start-up the engine noise is now electronically limited, while gearshifts are smoother and more refined than before, and improved aerodynamics and reduced drag let the car run quicker and cooler. At cruising speeds, the extra sound-deadening and easy steering are very welcome, and the supple, three-setting suspension makes for comfortable, even relaxing progress.
