"Once Lennox did his dope test at the end of the fight, my job was done. We just made sure he was rehydrated before he went and celebrated the victory.
"I didn't get much sleep after the fight because we went out and had a little celebration. But I had to quickly pack and get back for the West Ham game on the Monday night.
"I like to get out on the pitch with the players to warm them up and make sure they are physically prepared. Some players have individual needs. I am looking after around 40 athletes when I am at Charlton.
"They have to be my priority because it is my daily job. Going out to work with Lennox is an extra bonus for me."
