Wenger wary of Saha

Saha has blossomed into a striker of considerable menace - as Wenger acknowledged ahead of Sunday's clash with Fulham at Highbury. "Whenever I have seen him, he has looked dangerous," said Wenger. "He has pace and he has strength, and he is very strong on the left side. I always thought he would develop and so he has.

"Fulham will certainly be tough opponents on Sunday. They are doing very well and we must remember they won 3-1 against Manchester United at Old Trafford. Very few teams do that. They use a system which is hard to play against. Saha plays on his own up front and they come out from deep.

"The only good thing from our point of view is we are used to that because everyone plays like that against us."

Wenger is expecting to be without Ray Parlour after a scan on a troublesome thigh injury revealed a hamstring strain. The problem flared up again during the 5-1 Champions League win against Inter Milan on Tuesday. Bergkamp has been suffering from a tight hamstring, too, but Thierry Henry has recovered from his back problem.

For the last two days, every headline has reflected the euphoria generated by that historic triumph in Milan but the players know that concentration on Sunday is essential. Sol Campbell said: "That won't be a problem. We know what we have to do."

Wenger agreed. "It is important for us to focus again on the Premiership because that will be decisive. But I know my players and I know they are capable of doing that.

"The euphoria of Milan is now over and the attitude of the players has shown that to me. They know they still have everything to do."
