Arsenal are more likely to keep any more extravagant display of triumph until they play again in front of their own supporters against Birmingham on tomorrow week.
Wenger acknowledged that the game on Sunday's game was a "tricky fixture". Extra spice has been added by Spurs' dramatic decline towards the fringes of the relegation zone.
Wenger added: "One more win and they will be completely safe. I don't think they will go down. But what it does mean is there is something at stake for both teams. I know it will be hard there. It always is. Last year we drew 1-1 and I was happy to take a point.
I didn't even watch a recording of the Bolton-Tottenham game last week when Tottenham lost. Why? Because they will be at a different level on Sunday."
Both Arsenal's major injury doubts are back in full training. Ashley Cole has been out with an ankle injury while Fredrik Ljungberg is recovering from surgery to mend two broken bones in his right hand.
But Wenger may decide to recall only Cole, in place of Gael Clichy.
Wenger also found time to sympathise with Chelsea manager Claudio Ranieri, who has been heavily criticised for his substitutions during the European Cup defeat in Monaco this week.
He added: "Of course I have sympathy with him. I have made mistakes when it comes to substitutions, every manager has.
"Ranieri was honest after the game and said he made a mistake and I respect him for that. Every manager has done the same. "
