As well as Pires, Arsenal have been without Campbell, Edu, Gilberto Silva and now Cygan through injury while Dennis Bergkamp and Jose Antonio Reyes have served three-match bans and Robin van Persie a one game suspension.
Bergkamp and Reyes can now return while van Persie had a second-half run-out as substitute against Portsmouth. Pires is certain to be fit and with Edu likely to join him, Arsenal have a considerable contingent back on duty.
"That means we come into the Bayern game fresh," said Pires who insisted that Arsenal must aim to win the three competitions in which they are involved.
"That has to be the approach," he said. "I have to say the title race is not over because you never know what can happen. Against Bayern we have a very difficult task but we know we can do it and Bayern know we can do it. What we have to do is attack with the brain, not the heart. Everybody knows that everything is possible with Arsenal.
"It will be very difficult in the Premiership, very difficult in the Champions League and in the FA Cup. We always have a lot of problems at Bolton. But all we can do is give everything and see what that brings."
