Tottenham move in for Myhre

Tottenham are poised to sign Everton's out of favour goalkeeper Thomas Myhre as number two to Neil Sullivan.

The deal, believed to be in the region of £500,000 rising to £750,000 depending on appearances, is expected to go through in the next few days.

Myhre, 27, was transfer-listed by Everton at the end of last season after returning from a three-month loan spell with Danish side FC Copenhagen.
