The Frenchman is being sued for damages by the club who claim he led them to spend more than £7m on transfer related activity unnecessarily.
The case centres on alleged breaches of contract and duty and the Frenchman is counter suing for £2.1m in share options he says he is owed.
Meanwhile, Chris Coleman today admitted his managerial career has sunk to its lowest ebb.
The Welshman enjoyed a fairytale first season in charge when he inspired the club to its highest-ever league position.
But life has been harder this term with Saturday's 4-2 defeat by Liverpool
leaving Fulham just two points clear of the relegation zone.
Coleman said: "All managers have highs and lows and this is certainly a low point in my managerial career.
"But others have been there and it's about how you come through it and what you learn from it.
Coleman is still deeply concerned by his side's return of only two Premiership wins and warned his players they face a survival battle.
He said: "We need to realise where we are - which is at the wrong end of the table. I am not going to put it down to injuries or suspensions. We still have enough good players available."
