Terry: We can win the Treble

Terry believes that Chelsea's magnificent Champions League performances have sent shockwaves around Europe. Mourinho's side were the first to qualify for the second stage having won all four of their games conceding one goal in the process, and have kept a staggering 12 clean sheets in 16 matches this season.

Terry said: "Real Madrid and AC Milan may be the best teams in Europe, but the way we're playing at the moment I'm sure we can match them if not better them. We've looked very solid in the Champions League so far and are sending out a message to the rest of Europe.

"It was a great performance and four wins out of four is a fantastic start. We've been scoring a lot more goals and have only conceded one in four games, which shows how well we're playing." Mourinho paid tribute to Arjen Robben, who capped a superb display with his first Chelsea goal in only his second start for the club to secure the points.

He said: "Robben is an incredible player. We did not speak too much about him for the last three months like we don't talk about Didier Drogba at the moment, because he's injured. We missed him very much in the first three months as he's an outstanding player. He brings us a different dimension."

Meanwhile, former Chelsea coach Claudio Ranieri said the late dismissal of Inter Milan striker Adriano was a blow for his Valencia side. His suspension following last night's 0-0 draw will hurt the Spanish side's chances of qualifying.

A point was enough for Inter to qualify for the knockout stages but Ranieri needs Inter to win away at Werder Bremen in a fortnight to have any chance of going through. He said: "I think that between me and (Inter coach) Roberto Mancini, I am the one most unhappy with Adriano's red card."
