Bradford Grammar came so close to Twickenham last season, losing asemi-final in the last minute to Epsom, and are determined to make up forit.

Their spies were at St Peter's, York to see their fourth roundopponents crush Leeds Grammar in the second half.

Unforced errors meantthey couldn't convert pressure into points in stormy first half conditionsand the game was not secure at 10-3.

But they clicked after the break andran in six tries.

Scorers: No 8 Jason Burton (2 tries), Will Butler,Alistair Macleod, Ben Hough, Marcus Dennison, Tom Woolsey, and James Pang.Charlie Parry kicked three conversions.

Ripley St Thomas recorded a good13-3 win at King's Macclesfield, making good use of the wind and theirextra size and power.

Scott Armstrong put them ahead with a penalty after15 minutes and No 8 Colin Townson's pick up led to a try for an 8-3 halftime lead.

The clincher came from a blindside break by the Ripley scrumhalf and winger Lee Jones forced his way over in the corner.

ManchesterGrammar away will be a tough one for the Lancaster side in the fourthround.

An early try for Kevin McCrory and penalty from Mark Molloy put StAmbrose in the driving seat at Wirral Grammar.

The home side hit back butfoundered on some excellent defence.

With the elements in their favour StAmbrose went further ahead when No 8 Molloy scored in the corner and in thelast move of the game, captain and scrum half Matthew Casson dived over forhis try. St Ambrosze now travel to Bramhall.
