Training: 'We train for 8-10 hours a day, six days a week. For six of those hours we are in the water working on our routine. Then there's another two hours in the gym doing strength and conditioning, weights, Pilates and gymnastics. In synchronised swimming three-quarters of our three-and-a-half minute competition routine is performed underwater and there are about 750 different moves. That takes a lot of time to perfect.'
