"Saracens, like most English clubs, have already built a strong base on which commercial growth can be built.
"There have been excellent communitybased projects initiated by clubs right around the country, and we at Saracens have also invested heavily for a number of years in bringing top-class rugby to north London.
"Increased gates will be the first signs of rugby's increased profile, but the World Cup win will also mean more kids taking up the game and a lot more interest right across the board."
Meanwhile, Saracens have signed South African prop-forward Cobus Visagie on a contract which, it is understood, will keep him at the club for at least 18 months.
He trained with his new teammates yesterday, two hours after flying in from South Africa, and is keen to make his debut against Rotherham on Sunday.
Visagie, 30, did not make the Springbok squad who travelled to Australia for the World Cup but won the last of his 29 international caps in June, against Argentina.
He will bring strength and experience to the Sarries pack, who have been clearly underpowered during the World Cup period, and said: "Coming to play in the English Premiership was always part of my plans for this stage of my career, and I'm very much looking forward to playing for Saracens."
With England pair Hill and Bracken now back from their triumph in Australia, and France hooker Raphael Ibanez also available from next week, the Saracens team will soon begin to look a far more formidable unit.
