Meanwhile, Patrick Vieira has declared himself fit to face Dynamo Kiev tomorrow. The Arsenal captain missed the 2-1 win at Liverpool on 4 October and was suspended against Chelsea.
Ray Parlour, who played on Saturday with a bruised ankle, also travels but Martin Keown has a calf injury and will also miss Sunday’s visit to Charlton.
Manager Arsene Wenger has blamed Sylvain Wiltord’s poor form on his failure to sign a new contract. Talks have been held but no agreement has been reached.
The France striker is out of contract next summer, but will be able to speak to other clubs in January and could leave for free.
Wenger said: “Once Wiltord’s contract is sorted out, you will see the real Wiltord back in action. At the moment, I am sure the negotiations play a part in his mind.”
Asked if he would sell him, Wenger said: “I will see in January. I do not want to offload him. I want him to stay here.”
