Phil Parkinson: Tresor Kandol can relight us

Phil Parkinson has singled out Tresor Kandol as the man to fire Charlton back into the Championship.

Anything less than victory against Blackpool tomorrow will confirm the Addicks fall into League One. The manager is desperate to start the job of preparing a squad capable of bouncing back and believes Kandol - on loan from Leeds United - is the man for the job.

Parkinson said: "I think Tresor has done excellently and he will get better as well. He is someone who will improve and has ability."

Darren Ambrose is likely to miss the match with a thigh injury.
