Noel Meade's million reasons to keep Native on the go

Noel Meade is eyeing a £1million bonus after Go Native's success in the Saturday's WBX.com Fighting Fifth Hurdle at Newcastle.

Kempton's Christmas Hurdle is next on the agenda and should he win there, and go on to lift the Champion Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival in March, connections would collect a million from WBX.com. "We'll have to go for the second leg now - if it happens, great," said Meade. "Kempton should suit him. It is a nice, flat and quick track. What he wants is a flat-out gallop."

Meanwhile, Alan King revealed that he won't be having many runners in the next couple of weeks, because his horses have yet to come to hand. He said: "We have to be patient and wait for them to come right. The one thing I won't do is run horses when they are not 100 per cent - that will only knock them for six and we will be back to square one."
