Nicol back on top of squash

England's Peter Nicol today regained his position as world No 1, four months after being overtaken in the rankings by Canadian Jonathon Power.

Nicol, 28, who first became world No 1 in 1998, has recovered from the loss of form which followed his switch of allegiance from his native Scotland to England.
