Fallon was on board the Channon-trained seven-year-old on his last run in Britain, when he was fourth to Fame And Glory in the Coronation Cup at Epsom, just as he was for his four previous runs in Group One company.
Youmzain went down by a nose to Plumania in the Grand Prix de Saint-Cloud last month with Hughes aboard and owner Abdullah has decided that the partnership will remain intact.
Raymond said: "Jaber feels Hughes gets on a bit better with the horse - he won the Great Voltigeur Stakes in 2006 and Grand Prix de Saint-Cloud on him last year, so he's used to riding him.
"He's got a bit to do in what looks a good King George but we think he'll run a pretty good race.
"You have to ride him right and produce him late and that's not an easy thing to do on either a sprinter or a stayer. But there is no falling-out with Kieren at all.
"He rides Jaahiz in the Weatherbys Super Sprint for Jaber at Newbury tomorrow and although it is a furlong shorter in trip than when he won so easily at York last week, he'll be staying on right at the finish.
Raymond added: "Unusually, Jaber doesn't like to see horses running so soon but he is in such good form that he felt it was worth running for such a decent prize."
Meanwhile, Godolphin trainer Saeed bin Suroor has been fined £1,500 after the banned substance ranitidine was found in Chabal's sample after he won the Bet365 Classic Trial at Sandown on 23 April.
Chabal has been disqualified, with the John Gosden-trained Azmeel being placed first.
