I expected Dennis to have a short-term impact and I had other options at that time, but the most important thing is that he has shown he can have an impact long-term. We are Millwall and we expect to lose our good players to the big clubs and sometimes our manager, but hopefully this success will bring in the fans and revenue that will allow us to hold on to people."
