SportMike Catt lands coaching role at London IrishOn his way up: Mike Catt has taken his first coaching job at London IrishChris Jones|Rugby Correspondent13 April 2012Mike Catt, the former England World Cup-winning centre, has taken the first step towards becoming an international rugby coach.Catt has assumed control of the London Irish backs following Brian Smith's decision to quit as the club's director of rugby to become England attack coach.His new role will mean more coaching than playing and he could even eventually follow Smith into the England set-up.
