King Edward's have lost only once since they returned from a successful summer tour to New Zealand and Fiji and that was a 24-22 loss to RGS Worcester in their first game of the season.
They have yet to play Leicester but expect a hard game which may well be decided up front.
'Our pack isn't as strong as our back division and we gather that Leicester are a bit bigger up front which might make them favourites,' admitted James.
'It's always difficult to know what to expect in these games but we have beat Nottingham HS 27-3 l and Leicester played them in a trial game earlier in the season and only just beat them. If that is a guideline it suggests that it should be close.'
