Kezman taunts United

Chelsea striker Mateja Kezman today taunted Manchester United ahead of tonight's Carling Cup semi-final showdown by warning them it is their last hope of winning a trophy this season.

The Serbian striker is hoping to play a key role in the second leg at Old Trafford as Chelsea bid to win their first Cup tie there in seven attempts.

But with Chelsea in such dominant form in the Premiership, Kezman insists all the pressure is on United.

Kezman said: "We have the advantage because we have no pressure at all. We are 11 points clear of United in the Premiership, so they have pressure. They need to win something. This is their last chance of doing something.

"Manchester United will want to beat Chelsea because at this moment we are almost unbeatable. They are afraid of us, they feel it and they know we are a very strong team. We don't feel any pressure."

United manager Sir Alex Ferguson admitted Chelsea's form is "frightening" but said he has no feud with Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho following the 0-0 first leg draw at Stamford Bridge when Mourinho accused Ferguson of trying to influence the referee.
