William Hill offer a dismissive 28-1 about the Yorkshire raider, but Crowley added: "Mastercraftsman only just got the better of Shaweel in Ireland and we had him, Delegator and Rip Van Winkle behind us in the Dewhurst."
Burke is even more bullish. He said: I am very hopeful of a big run. I think he is 99 per cent, and hope that last week's hiccup is not going to cost us."
The participation of Hills's 4-1 second favourite Rip Van Winkle still remains in the balance, however.
Trainer Aidan O'Brien reported that treatment on the colt's bruised foot is working, but admitted: "We'll see how he goes over the next couple of days."
