Good week, bad week

We round up who had a fantastic weekend of sport, and those who had a terrible one.

Leyton Orient
Who said the FA Cup had lost its spark? Not Orient supporters. The League One side were in dream land as Jonathan Tehoue danced past Arsenal's defence to equalise Tomas Rosicky's goal for the Gunners, which has set up an unlikely and lucrative replay.
Orient manager Russell Slade said: "That's our seventh game in the FA Cup, we nearly went out in the first round, but to hang in there...it's the same in the league, it's one defeat in 21. You have to be happy with that."

Everton
Three-times FA Cup winner and scorer of the winning penalty against Chelsea, Everton's Phil Neville will never forget the day he sent his side through to the last 16 at Stamford Bridge.
With the score at 1-1 after extra-time, the defender drilled his penalty past Petr Cech to earn Everton a 4-3 spot-kick triumph - and Neville always knew he'd convert the ball from 12 yards.
"The manager [David Moyes] told us to hit it as hard as we can," said Neville. "I knew I was going to score."

Virender Sehwag
Best individual performance of the weekend? India's Virender Sehwag.
The batsman struck a massive 175 as India beat Bangladesh in the opening game of the cricket World Cup. He hit 14 fours and five sixes on his way to the match-winning knock. It was Sehwag's 14th one-day century.

Manchester City
There was no upset at Eastlands in the Cup, however, as Manchester City ran in five goals to knock Notts County out.
"For us it's important to try and arrive in the [Cup] final if it's possible. This is our target," said an ambitious Roberto Mancini.

Azizulhasni Awang
Most astonishing story of the weekend? The Malaysian rider, Awang, winning bronze in the keirin final in Manchester.
During the race, Awang's calf was pierced by a 20cm splinter but, bravely, he got back up and won the medal. The 23-year-old was then taken for surgery.
Awang later posted on his Titter account: "Operation done. Splinter taken out cleanly. Thanks for the prayer and support." A truly remarkable tale.

Fulham
After beating Tottenham in glorious style in the previous round, Fulham disappointingly slipped out of the FA cup at the hands of Bolton Wanderers at Craven Cottage on Sunday.
Ivan Klasnic's first-half goal was eventually enough to ensure Bolton's progression to the quarter-final stage. "Credit to them," Fulham manager, Mark Hughes, said. "They got a lot of men behind the ball, made some key tackles, and we found it difficult to break them down."
