Fulham target Mido

Fulham are set to battle it out with Southampton for Marseille striker Mido.

The £4million-rated Egyptian is keen to come to the Premiership despite a one-season loan move to Newcastle falling through.

Out of favour at Marseille, the 21-year-old wants regular football.

Manager Chris Coleman expects to sign Tomasz Radzinski from Everton and has been linked with Blackburn's Andy Cole, but Mido could be better business.
