Fulham go for Sutton

Fulham have made an approach to Celtic about signing Chris Sutton as a replacement for Louis Saha.

Manager Chris Coleman wants to find a goalscorer before the transfer window closes but the Scottish club are reluctant to part with the former Blackburn and Chelsea player.

Millwall, however, look more likely to succeed in their bid to sign the striker's 20-year-old brother John Sutton from Raith if a fee can be agreed.
