SportFreddie just stays focusedAdrian Warner|Evening Standard|In Lisbon14 April 2012Sweden 5 Bulgaria 0The significance of Sweden's thrashing of Bulgaria was today played down by Freddie Ljungberg. The Arsenal midfielder last night scored the crucial opening goal after 32 minutes and later earned a penalty as Sweden notched up the equal second-biggest victory in the 44-year history of the competition.Ljungberg said: "I can imagine that it hasn't happened too many times. But we don't want to be big-headed. We have won one game - not the World Cup."The 5-0 victory included two brilliant second-half goals within a couple of minutes from Henrik Larsson, who has come out of international retirement to play in Portugal.Sweden now top Group C and next take on Italy in Porto on Friday.Ljungberg added: "It is great to win 5-0 but it's a new game against Italy and they are a very good team so we need to be focused on that."The 27-year-old has refused to comment on speculation that he is set to sign a new five-year contract at Arsenal.Reports suggest that Ljungberg is to be offered a £40,000-a-week deal to fend off interest from Internazionale.Read MoreTransfer news LIVE!
