Red Bull team principal Christian Horner is expected to learn his fate in the next two days.

Following an investigation by an external lawyer employed by Red Bull Austria, a 150-page dossier was handed over to the company on Monday.

Its board was meeting on Tuesday to discuss the contents and decide whether or not to take any action against him over allegations of misconduct towards a female colleague.

Horner has continued to profess his innocence throughout the allegations and subsequent investigation, which saw him questioned for hours.

Red Bull has been keen to fast-track the process so it does not drag into the new Formula One season, but the matter has still overshadowed the build-up.

The opening grand prix gets under way in Bahrain this weekend.

Both Horner and the employee in question have remained at work throughout the investigation, with Horner planning to travel to Bahrain having insisted it was "business as usual" this month.
