At The Den, Millwall went out on penalties after a 2-2 draw with League One’s Crawley Town. Crawley twice led after goals by Hope Akpan and Nicky Adams, with Darren Ward and Shaun Batt scoring the Lions’ equalisers. Crawley won the penalty shoot-out 4-1.
