Neil Warnock's happy to muck in

Spare a thought for outgoing QPR caretaker boss Mick Harford, who had candidly admitted he needed better results to have had a chance of landing the job full time.

Having finally turned form around with the 2-1 win over Doncaster, in came Neil Warnock, who had to change his team because he had too many loan players in the starting XI, and QPR eased to an impressive 3-1 win over automatic promotion contenders West Brom.

Warnock has a reputation as a saviour and has already got the fans eating out of his hand as they chanted: We've got our Rangers back.' But what will they make of their new boss's observation: This is my type of club — muck and nettles.'
