Nathaniel Clyne comes out on top

Crystal Palace defender Nathaniel Clyne has been named the Football League's Young Player of the Year, earning high praise from Paul Hart — a man who knows all about talented prospects.

Palace boss Hart was in charge of the Leeds Academy, which produced a number of the side which reached the Champions League semi-finals.

Hart said: "He is up there with the best young lads I've worked with. Just like them he has mental strength."
