Tottenham will play Fulham at Craven Cottage if they can see off Bolton in their replay.
Portsmouth's on-loan Spurs midfielder Jamie O'Hara was delighted to avoid his parent club.
After starring in Pompey's 4-1 derby win over bitter rivals Southampton on Saturday, the 23-year-old was desperate to lead the south-coast side to Wembley — having had two painful experiences at the national stadium already with Spurs.
He was in tears after being left out of Tottenham's Carling Cup-winning squad that beat Chelsea in 2008 before missing a penalty in the shoot-out defeat to Manchester United in last year's final.
"It could be fantastic for everybody involved with Portsmouth to get to Wembley," said O'Hara, who is set to face Birmingham in the next round. "As long as we don't get Tottenham I'm happy as I won't be able to play if that happens."
