'Even in the summer I do not want to leave' - Eden Hazard shows commitment to Chelsea

Chelsea forward Eden Hazard has dismissed reports linking him with a move to Paris Saint-Germain and wants to remain at Stamford Bridge for the foreseeable future.

Jose Mourinho had already played down speculation earlier this month and expressed his desire to keep hold of the Belgian international.

And Hazard, who is Chelsea’s top-scorer so far this campaign, told French football programme Telefoot that he was not interested in leaving the club ahead of next season.

He said: “There is no chance that I will leave in this winter transfer window. Even in the summer I do not want to leave. I am happy here. I think this is the best place for me to progress.”

Hazard also explained how he has become used to constant speculation about his future, as that has been the case ever since he rose to prominence during his time at Ligue 1 club Lille.

“Every transfer window in the last four years, they have said I will go here or go there. That was the case when I was at Lille.
