Dikgacoi has high hopes

You can't fault Kagisho Dikgacoi's optimism. The Crystal Palace midfielder, who played for South Africa at the 2010 World Cup, has tipped his new team to secure a top-12 Championship finish.

Dikgacoi, on loan from Fulham for the rest of the season after playing just four minutes of Premier League football, was delighted to play the full match against Sheffield United and is confident Palace can beat the drop after moving five points clear of the relegation zone.

The 26-year-old said: "If we can continue like we did on Saturday, maybe towards the end of the season we might be in the top 12."

Maybe Dikgacoi is unaware of Palace's shocking away record of 12 defeats in 16 games with 37 goals conceded.
