What he does do, though, is look back on his time at Chelsea with great fondness.
"That was maybe the top of my career," said Flo. "It was so cool to be in the dressing room at Chelsea with all the big names.
"Everyone was happy, there were smiles on everyone's faces and there was a great atmosphere. It was a great time and we had some very good players. I have to say that it was my happiest time in football."
As well as 'very good' players, Chelsea also had great stars like Gianfranco Zola. "I call him up sometimes," said Flo. "But he's got more goals than me at the moment, and I've told him that's not going to happen at the end of the season!"
But while the Chelsea team in which Flo and Zola starred was flamboyant and full of panache, the current side possess a quality more synonymous with success, namely consistency.
"What did they say about us - sexy football was it?" said Flo, laughing. "But this season's team look to be a bit more consistent.
"We could play four or five brilliant matches and then suddenly play two very bad ones, but they seem to play good every week. Chelsea look very strong at the moment. You have to say that they look like the best team in the world."
Having spent the last two seasons in Serie A, Flo is well-placed to assess the credentials of Chelsea's biggest rivals in the Champions League.
He said: "Chelsea are my favourites, but Milan and Juventus are very strong and, if Adriano is in form, Inter become twice as good. But teams like Milan and Juventus have good players all over and they're very hard to beat.
"The worst thing against them is to let in a goal, because they are so clever tactically." In January, it appeared likely that Flo would join Milan or Juve.
Ultimately, nothing materialised and Flo seems almost embarrassed to confirm their interest.
"They must have seen the right matches," he said, smiling.
But, despite scoring only seven times this season, the tall Norwegian remains sought after - and not only in Italy.
"There is interest in England but, at the moment, there's not any more than that," said Flo, whose contract expires at Siena at the end of the season.
"It would be nice to play again there for a team. I feel very at home in England."
