Blues want me, says 'Â£60m' Adriano

Inter Milan striker Adriano today claimed Chelsea have made a firm move to bring him to Stamford Bridge.

Speculation has also intensified over AC Milan defender Kakha Kaladze, who says he has agreed personal terms with Chelsea.

Reports in Brazil have linked Roman Abramovich with a record-breaking £60million offer for the Inter forward.

Adriano said: "I am happy at Inter and I still have a lot of years left on my contract, but Chelsea have come in with an exceptionally strong proposal."

Any deal for Adriano could involve Hernan Crespo or Juan Veron moving in the other direction, though Inter are understood to be fighting to keep their star player.

Georgian defender Kaladze claims he will be joining Chelsea on a five-year contract once Milan settle on a transfer fee.

The 27-year-old said: "Everything between Chelsea and myself has been agreed. It's a five-year contract and I'm very happy with all the conditions I was offered. Now, the only thing left is for Chelsea and Milan to agree on a transfer fee. Milan had offered me a contract extension, but I refused. I want to go to a new country and I want a new challenge."

Kaladze's father claims his son will fly to London after Saturday's World Cup qualifier against Albania in Tirana to sign a contract with Chelsea. Left-back Kaladze joined Milan from Dynamo Kiev in January 2001.
