'No-one's going to be guaranteed a first-team start. I was hurt and disappointed but I'm not going to go banging on the manager's door.
'You have to be grown-up about it and be professional. But it is difficult because sometimes, when you're not playing, you'll get the hump.
'In respect of England, I am sure Mr Eriksson knows the situation at Chelsea. I'd like to think he would make judgments for himself, but it's hard to get in the team now, full stop, so it's going to be hard to make those judgments.'
