Charlton manager Alan Pardew kept his cool despite facing more questions about his future after a 22 draw at Plymouth.
A Kelly Youga header and Andy Gray penalty looked to have sealed the points for Pardew's men, but Emile Mpenza netted in injury-time.
"Pressure comes with the territory," Pardew said
"I don't harp on too much about it. I've been in management for nine years and have had to come through various scrapes.
"I'm sure Icouldn't prepare the team any better than I did for this one."
Queens Park Rangers midfielder Lee Cook wants Gareth Ainsworth to be given the manager's job after he led the side to a 1-0 win over Cardiff.
Gavin Mahon's header 10 minutes from time proved enough to separate the sides and winger Cook thinks caretaker-boss Ainsworth deserves to be given the role full-time.
"I want Gaz to be made permanent," he said. "I love him. I played with him for three years and roomed with him for a year.
"This is a learning experience for him but he knows this team."
