WHAT DOES NON-COMPLIANT MEAN?
Non-compliance means failing to respond fully to WADA's requests for information and as a result anti-doping organisations cannot conduct operations until they reinstall operations that are deemed compliant by WADA.
WHO HAVE WADA DEEMED AS NON-COMPLIANT?
Russia, Argentina, Ukraine, Bolivia, Andorra and Israel have been declared non-compliant.
WHY?
Andorra and Israel have been told they did not have enough 2015 rules in place, while Argentina, Bolivia and Ukraine were using non-accredited laboratories.
ARE THEY THE ONLY COUNTRIES IN TROUBLE?
No, six others have been placed on what WADA are calling a watchlist. Those countries are Olympic hosts Brazil, Belgium, France, Greece, Mexico and Spain.
WHAT MUST THEY DO NOW?
The six nations have until March 18, 2016 to meet what WADA calls "strict conditions" or face similar action to Russia.
WHAT ABOUT KENYA?
Kenya has been told to explain its doping controls in order to avoid scrutiny. Fifteen Kenyan athletes are currently serving IAAF suspensions.
