Murray, who would be the first British player since Tim Henman in 2004 to reach the last eight, spent yesterday following what has become a successful routine during the Championships by walking his puppy; training on the practice courts at Wimbledon and then "chilling out" with girlfriend Kim Sears and friends at his Wandsworth flat watching the Euro 2008 Final between Spain and Germany. He said: "I am spending less time around the courts, less time watching tennis on the TV and having more of a life outside tennis, which is making a difference.
